PregnancyJournal is a local-first organiser for pregnancy dates, weekly progress, check-ins, notes, milestones, appointments, questions and checklists. It does not require a PregnancyJournal account. Due-date and week calculations are estimates only, and the App does not provide medical advice.
Reminders and Privacy Lock
Reminders are scheduled on your device. You can disable notifications in the App or in iOS Settings. If Privacy Lock is available, authentication is handled by Apple and the App receives only the result of the attempt.
Photos, backups and exports
Photos you choose are copied into local storage. Backups, PDF keepsakes and appointment summaries are generated on your device, and you choose where to save or share them. The current version does not provide automatic cloud backup. Test important backups and keep exported copies somewhere you consider secure.
Purchases and restoring purchases
Optional PregnancyJournal Pro and Unlimited Photos purchases are processed by Apple. If a valid purchase does not appear, use Restore Purchases and confirm the same Apple Account is in use. We cannot issue an App Store refund directly.
