Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before downloading, installing, or using Cat Health Tracker (the "App"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
In these Terms, "we", "us", and "our" mean Three Two One Global Ltd, contactable at [email protected].
1. The App
Cat Health Tracker is a pet-care organisation and tracking application for personal, non-commercial use. It helps you keep everyday cat care and health information organised in one place.
Features may include cat profiles, daily care logging (such as food, water, litter, medication, symptoms and weight), care schedules and reminders, health history and related organisational tools. Available features may change over time.
The App is an organisational and informational tool. It does not provide veterinary diagnosis, treatment or professional veterinary advice.
2. Acceptance and eligibility
You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction, and in any case at least 13 years old (or the higher age required where you live). If you are under the age of majority, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
You must comply with Apple's App Store terms and applicable local laws.
3. Licence grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and Apple's App Store rules, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to download and use the App on Apple-branded products that you own or control, solely for your personal use, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Use / Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Apple's standard EULA), as applicable: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, reverse engineer, or attempt to bypass security, purchase, or entitlement controls except where mandatory law allows.
4. Important veterinary disclaimer
Cat Health Tracker is a pet-care organisation and tracking tool only.
The App does not provide veterinary advice, medical advice for animals, diagnosis, treatment recommendations or emergency veterinary care.
Information you enter or view in the App — including care logs, medication schedules, symptom notes, weight history and reminders — is for organisational and informational purposes. It is not a substitute for advice from a qualified veterinarian.
Always consult a qualified veterinarian about your cat's health. If your cat appears unwell, injured or in distress, contact a veterinarian or emergency veterinary service promptly. Never delay seeking veterinary care because of something you logged or viewed in the App.
You remain solely responsible for your cat's care and for any decisions you make based on information in the App.
5. Permitted and prohibited use
You agree to use the App only for lawful personal purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to:

6. User-entered content and local data
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter into the App, including cat profiles, care logs, medication details and schedules.
Most App data is stored on your device. Local data may be lost if you delete the App, change devices, or experience device or operating-system issues. Where the App provides export or backup features, use them as you choose. Device backups (for example Apple backup or migration features) are controlled by your platform provider.
7. Subscriptions and in-app purchases
Certain features of the App may require an optional in-app purchase or subscription. Pricing, billing, renewal, cancellation and refunds are handled by Apple through your Apple ID and are subject to Apple's terms.
Where we use a purchase-management provider such as RevenueCat, that provider helps manage purchase status and entitlements and does not process your full payment card details on our behalf for App Store billing.
You may restore purchases through the App where available. Temporary delays in unlocking paid features can occur. You are responsible for managing subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings.
8. Third-party services
The App may rely on third-party services, including Apple (App Store, StoreKit, device OS features and local notifications) and, where used, purchase-management providers such as RevenueCat and product analytics services such as PostHog. Those services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
The App may use third-party service providers, including product analytics services such as PostHog where enabled, to help us understand use of the App, maintain and improve functionality, and improve the user experience. Processing of personal information in connection with these services is described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy on a privacy-specific topic, the Privacy Policy controls for that topic.

- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages
