Earn Screen Time: App Blocker Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Three Two One Global Ltd. If you do not agree, do not download or use the App.

2. About Earn Access

Earn Access is an intentional screen-time and habit-building tool for iPhone. Features may include:

• selecting apps to restrict using Apple's Screen Time / Family Controls frameworks;
• creating habits that award earned minutes when completed;
• spending earned minutes to temporarily unlock selected apps;
• optional settings such as Morning Lock; and
• optional Earn Access Pro features.

Features may differ by device, operating-system version, Screen Time authorisation, region and purchase status.

3. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of agreeing to these Terms. If you are not legally capable of doing so in your country, you may use the App only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian where required.

4. Screen Time permissions and platform limitations

Earn Access relies on Apple's Screen Time / Family Controls APIs and related operating-system functionality to restrict and temporarily unlock apps you select.

Availability or behaviour can be affected by Apple platform changes, Screen Time authorisation, device configuration, parental controls, Focus modes, operating-system behaviour and whether required permissions remain granted.

We will take reasonable care in providing the App, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted restriction or unlock behaviour when Apple frameworks, permissions or device settings prevent the App from operating as intended.

5. User-created habits and rewards

You choose which habits to create, how many minutes they earn and which apps to restrict. Habit examples shown in marketing materials are illustrative only.

Earn Access does not verify that a habit was completed in the real world, and it does not provide medical, fitness or wellbeing advice. Completing a habit in the App awards minutes according to your settings; it does not mean the habit is objectively healthy or appropriate for you.

6. Earned screen-time functionality

When you complete habits, the App may add earned minutes to your available balance. You can spend those minutes to temporarily unlock selected apps. When the unlock period ends, the selected apps are restricted again.

You are responsible for how you use unlocked apps during an access period. The App is a personal organisation tool and does not guarantee productivity outcomes.

7. Earn Access Pro

The App offers free functionality alongside an optional paid upgrade called Earn Access Pro.

In the current version, free use includes up to three active habits and one locked app, together with the core earn → spend → unlock experience. Earn Access Pro unlocks unlimited habits and unlimited locked apps.

The exact features shown in the App and App Store purchase screen at the time of purchase apply. We may change free or Pro feature sets for future versions, provided we honour applicable consumer law and existing purchase rights.

8. One-time purchases

Earn Access Pro is a one-time non-consumable lifetime purchase. It is not an automatically renewing subscription. There is no weekly, monthly or annual subscription for Earn Access Pro in the current offering described in these Terms.

Payment is processed by Apple through the App Store and associated with the Apple Account used for the purchase. Prices are displayed by the App Store at the time of purchase and may vary by storefront and applicable tax.

"Lifetime" means access to the relevant purchased features for the supported lifetime of the App, not your lifetime or a guarantee that the App will be available forever. This does not limit rights you may have under mandatory consumer law.

Apple processes payments and refund requests. We cannot issue an App Store refund directly. You can request support or a refund from Apple subject to Apple's policies and your legal rights.

9. Restore Purchases

The App includes a Restore Purchases function. Restoration depends on Apple, RevenueCat, the Apple Account used for the original purchase, network availability and the product remaining identifiable.

Contact us if a valid purchase does not restore after you have confirmed the correct Apple Account is in use.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the App unlawfully or to harm, threaten or violate the rights of another person;
• attempt to interfere with, reverse engineer or bypass the App's security, Screen Time controls or purchase controls except where applicable law expressly permits it;
• misrepresent the App as parental-control software for another person's device without appropriate authority; or
• use the App in any way that abuses Apple platform services.

11. Availability

We may maintain, update, change, suspend or discontinue parts of the App. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, compatibility with every future iOS version, or permanent availability of every feature.

Because Earn Access depends on Apple Screen Time frameworks, some features may stop working or change behaviour if Apple changes those frameworks or if you do not install available updates.

12. Intellectual property

The App, its software, design, branding and original content are owned by or licensed to Three Two One Global and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App as permitted by the App Store and these Terms.

No right is granted to use the Three Two One Global, Earn Screen Time: App Blocker or Earn Access names, logos or branding except as necessary to use the App normally.

13. Third-party services and Apple

The App relies on third-party services, including Apple (App Store, StoreKit, Screen Time / Family Controls and device OS features) and RevenueCat (purchase and entitlement management). Those services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Earn Access is not operated by, affiliated with or endorsed by Apple or RevenueCat except as required to identify those service providers.

14. Disclaimers

Earn Access is a personal organisation and habit tool. It does not provide medical, mental-health, therapeutic or clinical advice. Habit suggestions and reward minutes are user-configured tools, not verified health interventions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Subject to the above, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when you agreed to these Terms, losses caused by events outside our reasonable control (including Apple platform changes or permission settings), or business losses if you use the App for commercial purposes.

16. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time and delete it through iOS. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, unlawful use, security risks, material breach of these Terms or a legal requirement.

17. Changes

We may update these Terms when the App, law or our services change. We will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, provide notice in the App or on our website. If a change materially affects your rights and applicable law requires consent, we will seek that consent where required.

18. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you also retain the protection of mandatory laws in the country where you live and may be entitled to bring proceedings in your local courts.

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. Nothing in these Terms prevents you from using an applicable consumer dispute process or regulator.
