Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before downloading, installing, or using Compound Interest: Calculator (the "App"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
In these Terms, "we", "us", and "our" mean Three Two One Global Ltd, contactable at [email protected].
1. The App
Compound Interest: Calculator is a financial calculation and planning tool for personal, non-commercial use. It helps you model how money may grow over time using compound-interest calculations based on assumptions you enter.
Features may include modelling an initial investment, interest rate, duration, regular contributions, contribution and compounding frequencies, projected balance, total contributions, estimated interest, year-by-year breakdowns, interactive charts, saved scenarios, scenario comparison, advanced assumptions such as inflation or contribution increases, and multiple currencies for display purposes.
The App does not connect to bank accounts, move money, invest money, execute trades, or provide regulated financial advice.
2. Acceptance and eligibility
You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction, and in any case at least 13 years old (or the higher age required where you live). If you are under the age of majority, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
You must comply with Apple's App Store terms and applicable local laws.
3. Licence grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and Apple's App Store rules, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to download and use the App on Apple-branded products that you own or control, solely for your personal use, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Use / Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Apple's standard EULA), as applicable: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, reverse engineer, or attempt to bypass security, purchase, or entitlement controls except where mandatory law allows.
