Air Fryer Converter Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Three Two One Global Ltd. If you do not agree, do not download or use the App.

2. About Air Fryer Converter

Air Fryer Converter is a cooking conversion utility for iPhone. It helps you convert conventional and fan oven cooking instructions into suggested air-fryer temperature and cooking-time starting points. Features may include:

• converting conventional oven temperatures and cooking times;
• converting fan oven temperatures and cooking times;
• switching between Celsius (°C) and Fahrenheit (°F);
• viewing suggested air-fryer temperature and cooking time;
• viewing suggested check and halfway reminders;
• naming and saving favourite foods and conversions;
• searching and filtering saved conversions;
• using an integrated cooking timer with local notifications where permitted; and
• an optional one-time lifetime Pro unlock for unlimited saved foods and complete conversion history.

The App provides estimated starting points for convenience. It does not guarantee perfectly cooked food and does not automatically know the exact cooking requirements of every appliance or food item.

3. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of agreeing to these Terms. If you are not legally capable of doing so in your country, you may use the App only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian where required.

Purchases are processed through Apple and may be subject to Apple's purchasing controls and appropriate parent or guardian permission or supervision where applicable. An App Store content rating does not mean a child can independently enter into contracts or make purchases.

4. Conversion limitations

You are responsible for entering accurate oven temperatures, cooking times, oven type and any other inputs. Conventional and fan oven conversions may produce different suggested air-fryer results.

Suggested temperatures, times and reminders are computational estimates only. Results can vary depending on rounding, food profiles, appliance behaviour and the inputs you provide.

You remain responsible for reviewing results before cooking and for adapting settings to your appliance and food.

5. Important food-safety disclaimer

Air Fryer Converter provides estimated cooking-temperature and cooking-time starting points for general convenience.

Air Fryer Converter is a general cooking convenience and calculation tool. It is not a medical, healthcare, nutritional or dietary advice service. It does not assess the nutritional value, health benefits, allergen content or suitability of food for any individual. Users remain responsible for following appropriate food-safety guidance and checking that food is thoroughly and safely cooked before consumption.

Actual cooking requirements vary depending on appliance model and performance, food type and thickness, food size and quantity, frozen versus fresh ingredients, preheating, basket loading and airflow, and individual preparation methods.

The App does not guarantee that food will be cooked safely or thoroughly. Users must check food during cooking, follow relevant food-safety guidance, and ensure food reaches a safe condition and appropriate internal temperature before consumption.

The App is not a substitute for food-safety advice, medical or nutritional advice, or appliance manufacturer instructions.

6. Cooking timer and notification limitations

The built-in cooking timer and related reminders are convenience tools. Timer notifications may be delayed or unavailable because of device settings, notification permissions, Focus modes, Low Power Mode, operating-system restrictions or other technical factors.

Do not rely on the App as the sole reminder for food safety. Stay near your cooking appliance and check food as needed.

7. Saved conversions and history

Saved foods, conversions and recent history are stored locally on your device. There is no Air Fryer Converter account and no Three Two One Global cloud backup.

If you delete the App, clear App data, lose or replace your device, or experience device failure without a usable device backup, your local data may be permanently lost. We cannot remotely recover it.

8. Air Fryer Converter Pro — lifetime purchase

The App offers free functionality alongside an optional paid upgrade called Air Fryer Converter Pro.

Air Fryer Converter Pro unlocks unlimited saved foods and complete conversion history. Core conversion, temperature-unit switching, check and halfway reminders, and the cooking timer are part of the free experience. The exact features shown in the App and App Store purchase screen at the time of purchase apply.

Air Fryer Converter Pro is a one-time non-consumable lifetime purchase. It is not an automatically renewing subscription. There is no weekly, monthly or annual subscription for this unlock.

Payment is processed by Apple through the App Store and associated with the Apple Account used for the purchase. Prices are displayed by the App Store at the time of purchase and may vary by storefront and applicable tax.

"Lifetime" means access to the relevant purchased features for the supported lifetime of the App, not your lifetime or a guarantee that the App will be available forever. This does not limit rights you may have under mandatory consumer law.

Apple processes payments and refund requests. We cannot issue an App Store refund directly. You can request support or a refund from Apple subject to Apple's policies and your legal rights.

9. Restore Purchases

The App includes a Restore Purchases function. Restoration depends on Apple, the Apple Account used for the original purchase, network availability and the product remaining identifiable.

Contact us if a valid purchase does not restore after you have confirmed the correct Apple Account is in use.

10. Intellectual property and your content

The App, its software, design, branding and original content are owned by or licensed to Three Two One Global and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App as permitted by the App Store and these Terms.

You retain rights in food names and other content you enter, subject to any third-party rights in that content. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use content you add to the App.

No right is granted to use the Three Two One Global or Air Fryer Converter names, logos or branding except as necessary to use the App normally.

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the App unlawfully or to harm, threaten or violate the rights of another person;
• attempt to interfere with, reverse engineer or bypass the App's security or purchase controls except where applicable law expressly permits it;
• misrepresent App estimates as guaranteed cooking results, professional food-safety advice or manufacturer instructions; or
• use the App in any way that abuses Apple platform services.

12. Service availability and compatibility

We may maintain, update, change, suspend or discontinue parts of the App. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, compatibility with every future iOS version, or permanent availability of every feature.

13. Third-party services and Apple

The App relies on Apple services, including the App Store, StoreKit / In-App Purchase, local notifications and device operating-system features. Those services are subject to Apple's own terms and privacy policies.

Air Fryer Converter is not operated by, affiliated with or endorsed by Apple except as required to identify Apple as a service provider.

14. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including mandatory UK consumer rights.

Subject to the above, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when you agreed to these Terms, losses caused by events outside our reasonable control (including Apple platform changes or notification delivery failures), device data loss where local storage is deleted or unavailable, or cooking decisions made in reliance on App estimates.

If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms affects your mandatory statutory rights.

15. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time and delete it through iOS. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, unlawful use, security risks, material breach of these Terms or a legal requirement.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms when the App, law or our services change. We will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, provide notice in the App or on our website. If a change materially affects your rights and applicable law requires consent, we will seek that consent where required.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you also retain the protection of mandatory laws in the country where you live and may be entitled to bring proceedings in your local courts.

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. Nothing in these Terms prevents you from using an applicable consumer dispute process or regulator.
